By downloading or using Folliq (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the App: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Folliq provides cosmetic, educational hair analysis and routine guidance generated from photos you provide. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Scores and recommendations are estimates and should not replace professional advice from a dermatologist or trichologist.

Folliq Pro is an auto-renewable subscription:

• Folliq Pro Monthly — $9.99/month, with a 3-day free trial
• Folliq Pro Annual — $39.99/year

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You agree to use the App only for your own personal, lawful use, and not to misuse it, reverse-engineer it, or upload content you do not have the right to submit.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Folliq is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its output.
